During a very difficult time the CSA team really made the cremation process easy and effortless. No one wants to deal with these kinds of logistics, but Steven went above and beyond when handling my needs, and provided 5 star customer service and communication the whole time. I work in hospice services for over 7 years and dealt with numerous and I mean numerous funeral homes and crematories. This by far the WORST experience I've ever had or witness a family have with a service. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. I'm standing outside looking down the street as I write this. They have us waiting for pickup for hours and nobody knows anything. They have robots after robots on an answering service and not one of them can give any information except "we'll have someone call you with a ETA" at every call for 3 hours. How incompetent! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!

Well, if I can't make fun of a cremation service, what can I make fun of, right? Cremation Society of America, a place that manages to turn even the darkest moments into a surreal sitcom. The staff here should seriously consider a career in stand-up comedy. I mean, cremation, who knew it could be such a laugh riot? They explained the process like it was a magic show, minus the smoke and mirrors (unfortunately). But in all seriousness, their professionalism was top-notch, and they made the whole ordeal, well, almost enjoyable. If you want a cremation experience with a side of surrealism, Cremation Society of America is the way to go.

The CSA team Steven, Angela, and Lorena are caring and very efficient. Specially Steven, I personally dealt with him and he went the extra mile to keep me informed of the process, cremation day and time per our request since we were going to have a mass during the cremation. He was very understanding and conscious of our needs. He was extremely sympathetic and patient no matter how many times I called. He’s was a great help throughout this very difficult time for us. He’s a great asset to this to this company.
